📖Explained: Stats Report Box

The Statistics report box lists the range of values in various fields for the selected comparable properties. You will be able to quickly see how the subject compares in one or more of the categories by seeing where subject property falls in the listed ranges. "Median" is similar to the average value but unlike an average the median value is an actual value where half of the matches are larger and half are smaller. In a normal distribution this should result in the average and median being siimilar but if there are a lot of values on either the low or high end of the spectrum that will skew the median value somewhat.
