đź“–Explained: Downloading Comps Results
If you would like to download the data on the comps page to do your own analysis you can do so by clicking on the "Download Comps Data" link in the middle toolbox in the right-hand column. When you click on this link you will be presented a list of download types that are available for your account. The default type is available for all but there may be other specially formatted structures that can be used to integrate with other sites. For example, many configurations will offer a CloudCMA download specifically formatted for use with the CloudCMA product.
The default download includes information about the subject property as the first record with the matching comps making up the rest of the records in the download. This file is formatted as CSV and should be usable in a wide variety of third party applications.
