📖Explained: Indicator Icons Shown On Search Results

When viewing the search results, one or more icons may show up on the left edge of an individual property entry. These icons indicate additional information about the property.  If the property is currently in foreclosure, a gavel icon will appear. If you have access to MLS data and the property is currently or has recently been listed in the MLS, an MLS icon indicating the most recent status on that listing.  You can find out more information about the foreclosure information or MLS listing details by hovering over the icon with your cursor.  For more details, click on the property to bring up the full property report.
